INA's consulting and assistance services are adapted systematically to the needs, demands and constraints of its beneficiary partners and their national professional environments.
INA has a dedicated team of project managers that designs and implements customised training, and consulting projects. Its offer consists in :
- Expertise and consulting on preserving audio-visual collections: Audit and mapping of audio-visual collections; definition of archiving policies; construction and implementation of archiving infrastructures; technical advice and support
- Consulting and Assistance on legal and policy frameworks: Defining national and regional legal and policy frameworks in the audio-visual heritage fields; managing rights for the use of images, sounds and data
- Consulting and Assistance in creation, and management of audiovisual and digital media: Editorial and economic strategies to create sovereign digital media; multi-platform marketing and distribution; creating, editing, producing and programming heritage audio-visual content
